Maammekauppa’s delivery terms

Delivery time

We process orders within 1–2 weekdays. The delivery time for some products may be longer if stated in the product information. We always strive to deliver as quickly as possible. We contact our customers as rapidly as possible by email or telephone if we notice that the delivery time will be longer than normal.

Maammekauppa accepts no liability if delivery of an order is prevented, complicated or delayed for reasons beyond Maammekauppa’s control, such as war, natural disaster, import or export ban, decisions by the authorities, general traffic disruptions or other corresponding incidents that complicate Maammekauppa’s operations or prevent it from operating. In such cases, we will do our utmost to ensure that the customer receives the products as soon as possible.

 

Means of delivery in Finland

Collection from your selected Posti service point: €4.90

Collect your products from your local Posti service point. You will receive a text message or email when the package arrives, and you can collect it from the Posti service point from 4 pm on the day of arrival.

Collection from your selected Posti Parcel Point: €4.90

Collect your products from your selected Posti Parcel Point. You will receive a text message or email when the package arrives, and you can collect it from the Posti Parcel Point immediately.

Posti home delivery: €9.90

Posti home delivery is an easy way to receive deliveries. Smaller deliveries are brought to the desired address. For larger deliveries, you can arrange a suitable delivery time with Posti.

In larger cities, packages can be delivered on weekdays before 9 pm. In other areas, deliveries are made by 2 pm or 5 pm.

You can track Posti deliveries using a shipment code, which you will receive by email when we send the package.

Collection from your selected Matkahuolto service point: €4.90

Collect your products from your local Matkahuolto service point.

Collect your products from your selected K-Market or R-kioski.

The delivery charge is €2.90* for orders over €89.00, and the delivery charge is €0* for orders over €149.00. *Does not apply to Posti home delivery or shipments weighing more than 34 kg.

Collection from Laitila at an agreed time

Orders can be collected from Laitila at a pre-agreed time with no delivery charges. The collection point is located at the Kasitien yrityspuisto business centre at Turuntie 11, 23800 Laitila.

Payment methods

Maammekauppa offers a wide range of payment methods.
Payments can be made using the international PayPal service or the Finnish Checkout.fi service.
Checkout is a secure payment method. The service is on the register of payment institutions maintained by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority subject to the transitional provision of the Finnish Payment Institutions Act. The service is maintained by Checkout Finland Ltd (business ID 2196606-6) and Checkout Finland Ltd is owned by Osuuspankki.
When you have entered your details at the checkout and pressed “Order”, you will be transferred to your selected payment service, where you can select the desired payment method. All Finnish online bank payment methods, credit card payment methods, mobile payment methods and various invoicing and instalment payment methods are available.

Return right and product replacements

Products have a full 14-day return right. Returned products must be unused and unchanged. Products must also bear all of the original labels and tags.
Advance notification should be provided for returns by email at asiakaspalvelu(at)maammekauppa.fi or by telephone on +358 44 241 6487 (Mon–Fri 10 am–4 pm). We will provide more detailed instructions for returning the products by email or telephone. You can also find instructions in these delivery terms.
The same return right applies to defective products and incorrect deliveries. In such cases, you do not need to pay the delivery costs.

Please include the following information with every return:
The reason for the return
The customer’s identification (name/order number)
Whether you are returning the product for a refund into your account or whether you would like us to send a replacement for a defective or incorrect product (and receive a refund for the difference if applicable).
Please include your account number in order to receive a refund.

Returning products ordered via Posti

You can return products via a Posti service point regardless of the means by which you received them.
Write our return code – 904850 – on the shipment and take it to the Posti service point.
Take your shipment to the Posti service point and state that you are making a Suosiva Oy customer return. If the packaging includes the original address card, Posti will make the necessary changes to the card and the shipment will be returned with a modified card. You can also go to a Posti service point without a card and the Posti personnel will print a return card for you.
You can also return your package for free using a Helposti code. Order a return code at posti.fi/palautapaketti by entering the shipment code (the code beginning with JJFI). Return the package to the Posti service point or Parcel Point according to the instructions provided.

Returning products ordered via Matkahuolto

Pack the goods carefully, take them to a Matkahuolto service point and give our return code – 9528995 – to the customer service agent.

Returns from abroad

You can return your order by post. Contact our customer service team to agree upon a return and request an address card for the return. Pack the shipment carefully and attach the address card to the package. You can then take the package to your local post office.

If you are under 18 years of age, ask your parent/guardian for permission before placing an order.
